BEGINNER-INTERMEDIATE: Inside you is an intuitive wisdom that understands transition. Modification of poses will be suggested for the beginner student and intermediate students will be encouraged to deepen their practice by trying different variations of postures. This powerful sequence also works energetically, systematically releasing stored energy blocks within the body. The reward is in the DM Experience.

I am excited to share my news with you that I'm launching a Well Care Yoga Program starting this November!  My program offers you the opportunity to feel your flow in life, the quiet within yourself and your focus; allowing your mind, your spirit and your body to overcome any stress you may encounter through the holidays and right into 2020.

My heart would be full seeing you in the room practicing with us.  You are encouraged to bring people you love and who you believe could benefit. Ages 14 and up are welcome.


With over 15 years of experience, I bring you seasoned teachings that you may never encounter anywhere else.  Our time in this space offers you a unique and tranquil setting.

You will learn how to balance your conscious and subconscious mind to work in union with your body in holistic healing and therapeutic ways.  You will also be surrounded by others who are in the same peaceful and supportive mindset as you.
