Kashmir Kids Yoga Program 

(Ages 5-8 years)



Monday’s & Wednesdays: 4:45-5:30pm  w/ Miss Katie
{Please note we will break from Kids Yoga Classes February 6th and will Resume Practice February 20th}
 Classes are Playful. We include imagination, games, creative expression w/ repetition to Mastery!

Kashmir Kids Yoga is a fun, approach to yoga that can be helpful for children whose bodies are still developing. A child is full of innocent wisdom and shinning light. 

The true essence of teaching children yoga is to help them maintain their natural wisdom and shinning light; or if their light has been dulled by events in their lives, to help them regain their inherent state of being.
